 She went back to school to get her PhD in Somatic Psychology and now she’s an executive coach and leadership consultant who coaches business leaders to identify their emotional obstacles, working with them to develop strategies and practices so they can tap into their wisdom to fuel their careers in positive ways. Her approach is all about tapping into the mind/body connection.

Liz Milliron published her first novel at 45 and earned her second degree black belt after starting Tae Kwon Do (despite her bum knee) when she was 38. She always knew she wanted to be a writer and loved writing mysteries, but life got in the way as it does for so many of us. It turned out that a layoff from her job was just the push she needed to write her book. I’m hoping that her story might bring a little hope to anyone who has lost their job due to this Covid Pandemic. Maybe this is your moment… I think we all need a little push every now and again, don’t we?
