Janet Granger is a marketing expert who noticed first hand the growing generational divide between older workers and younger workers. She also noticed that as she aged she was being passed over for promotions and opportunities. She became fascinated with the idea of intergenerational empowerment, so she left her corporate job to launch a consulting business where she offers a variety of services including working with Human Resources departments to identify ways in which they can close the generational divide. Her most recent book is titled Ok Boomer! Revelations of a Baby Boomer Working With Millennials. But she didn’t stop there. She just created a new platform specifically designed to help students and younger workers to discover and navigate an early career in digital marketing.
